自从决定尝试医美来解决皮肤的干燥、细纹和略显松弛的问题后，我做了不少功课。最终决定在他们家做，我选择了水光针和黄金微针的套餐。现在术后一周，皮肤状态基本稳定，想来分享一下我最真实的感受， 我面诊时，医生非常专业，没有一味推销，而是仔细分析我的皮肤状况。她解释说，黄金微针主要利用射频能量刺激深层胶原蛋白再生，解决紧致度和毛孔问题；而水光针则是浅层补水，为皮肤注入营养。两者结合，一个负责“地基重建”，一个负责“表层灌溉”，效果会更好。这个解释让我觉得很靠谱，于是下定决心尝试。实话实说，整个过程并不轻松。洁面后，护士先给我敷了表层麻药，大约40分钟。正式操作时，黄金微针环节即使敷了麻药，还是能清晰地感觉到针刺的微痛和随之而来的射频热感，有点像被小小的电流烫到，在额头和鼻翼这些皮肤薄的地方感觉会更明显一些。好在医生会不断询问我的感受，并调整能量。水光针的注射则快很多，痛感更轻微，主要是轻微的刺入感。全程大约一个小时，结束后我的脸立刻变得通红，并伴有灼热感，这都是预期内的正常反应。术后最难熬的是前三天。 术后当天，医院立刻给我敷了医用修复面膜，灼热感缓解了很多。医生和护士非常负责，详细叮嘱了术后护理事项：24小时内不沾生水，前三天只用医用修复喷雾和面膜，严格防晒，忌口辛辣海鲜等。第二天和第三天是“颜值低谷期”，脸部微肿，皮肤摸上去很粗糙，黄金微针造成的微小针眼结了薄痂，看起来肤色暗沉。这段时间确实需要一点心理承受能力，出门不太方便。我真的是严格遵循医嘱护理，到第四、五天开始，结痂逐渐脱落，皮肤仿佛“重生”了一般。最直观的感受是：肤色提亮了一个度，那种由内而外的通透感是任何护肤品都难以达到的。皮肤的干燥感完全消失，摸上去非常水润光滑。至于紧致和毛孔的效果，目前能看到一些初步的改善，皮肤看起来更“饱满”了，但医生说胶原蛋白的重生需要1-3个月的时间，最佳效果会在那时显现，所以我对此抱有期待。
釜山当地朋友介绍来的，医院的装修非常低调奢华，和普通皮肤科不一样，院长会说英文，很帅，主要是很细心温柔，打针一点也不疼，打了咬肌肉毒，现在十天左右了，明显感觉咬肌变小很多下次来釜山的话还要找金院长。
